Our billing and shipping model is structured to maximize our ability to offer the best subscription boxes and gift boxes for women and men with lifestyle wellness products. You will be billed as soon as your order is placed. You have until the end of the month to cancel or pause any current order leading up to your next month’s order. All orders start on the 1st of the month based on the previous month’s orders. This means that you have up to the end of the previous month to order the next batch of boxes for the upcoming month. You will not be able to cancel or pause the immediate order once the 1st occurs for the month you are receiving a box. All cancellations and skips will apply to the next applicable shipment that has not been ordered. Go Care Box has two weeks to source the products that have been forecasted from our vendors once we have the total amount of orders calculated. This inventory management structure allows us to maximize the number of items we can send you. All orders will then ship between the 7th and the 14th of the month. The standard lead time from the point that the shipment is sent is 2 – 5 business days. You will receive a tracking order confirmation through the email you provided once the order ships.
Subscription Renewal Structure
Your subscription box will be fulfilled every 3 months, until the order is cancelled under the standard subscription plan or ends under the gift subscription. You can pause or cancel your account at anytime. All standard subscriptions will auto renew at the same variance originally selected if it is not cancelled before the end of the month leading up to the next delivery. The auto renewal will be for the full price of the original order at the same delivery variance if it is not cancelled. Please note that gift options will end once the number of prepaid orders is fulfilled.
Variance Structure
After you receive your first box, the monthly variance will ship a new box between the 7th-14th every 3 months until the number of prepaid orders is fulfilled under the gift option or will continue to renew under the standard subscription model.
